3. Club Registration (HVS/CVS)

  • Historic and Classic Vehicle Scheme registration is subject to NSW government requirements
  • Members are responsible for ensuring their vehicles meet eligibility criteria
  • The club acts as an approved club for registration purposes only
  • Misuse of club registration plates may result in membership termination

4. Marketplace

  • Listings must be accurate and not misleading
  • The club is not responsible for transactions between members
  • Prohibited items (illegal parts, stolen goods) will result in immediate removal and membership termination
  • The club reserves the right to remove any listing

5. Store

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD)
  • Orders are subject to availability
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

6. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Post offensive, defamatory, or illegal content
  • Harass other members
  • Misrepresent their identity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
