Christmas by Headlights is back and this year we have done much better reconnaissance of the light displays. Rather than relying on scattered social media posts, we have gone out in person to check the streets, confirm the best spots and shape a tighter, more enjoyable route. Last year involved more driving between locations than we would have liked, so this year the plan focuses on a small area with a high concentration of lights.
We will meet from 6pm at XS Espresso North Parramatta where you can grab a drink or dinner before we head off. The drive will begin at about 7pm and will run for roughly an hour.
The idea is simple. We cruise slowly, stop often, wander on foot and enjoy the displays together in a relaxed way without long gaps between sights.
